Seniors can help you better, one senior member helped in this page which you might want to read?crow_raven wrote:Hi everyone I've been searching this for some time but I can find it anywhere!
It's a local authority caution the same as a police caution ?
This type of caution has to be declared on naturalization form?
I've been reading the guide and on the point 3.10/3.11 states:
You must give details of any cautions (simple or conditional), warnings or reprimands you have received in the UK or any other country. Cautions, warnings and reprimands are out of court disposals that are recorded on a person’s criminal record and are taken in to account when assessing a person’s character.
As I understand a LA caution it's not recorded on criminal record that's why my dilemma, if anyone could help it this it be much appreciated.
Did you read the link in my previous post? If you have further questions please ask and I'll see if I am able to answer or look towards seniors. Good luckcrow_raven wrote: Bump Bump
