ILR application date query

I got my tier 1 on 19 April 2011 to 19 April 2013
Which was extended to 19 April 2016 later ,
I was never out of the country more than 60 days in a year.
Can I know I am eligible without any issues for ILR IN 2016.
PLEASE let me know .

Your absences shouldn't be a ground for refusal.

You appear to be eligible for ILR when your current Tier 1 leave expires, assuming you dont fail in the other requirements like earnings, general grounds of refusal etc.

general grounds of refusal are if you don't fulfill the mandatory requirements required for ILR.
e.g you don't provide them LIUT + B1/degree or required for example £32000 for points and you show only £31500 etc.

You should satisfy 245CD. It's also subject to the General grounds for refusal as specified in 245CD(b).
