ILR Application Eligibility Date

Hello,

Requesting all experts to help me confirm the date on/after which I can apply for ILR.
My Tier 1 General started form January 2010. I however entered first on 25 May 2010 and thereafter havent gone out of UK for more than 180 days in any year starting 25 May 2010. Had got my extensions in place twice (3+2+3 years).
Am I then able to apply for ILR on any date on or after 27 April 2015 (25 May 2015 - 28 days) ?
