I am applying from T1G to ILR using Premium appointment at Croydon. Am I missing something?

1) Appointment booking email
2) Payment Sheet (after paying £1493 online)
3) Life in UK test Pass Letter
4) Points Based Calculator
5) Passport
6) BRP
7) Photographs (2)
8 ) Payslips (12 months)
9) Employer letter
10) Bank statements (12 months)
11) SET (O) application form
12) Photocopies (Passport, BRP, Payslips, Employer Letter, Bank statements, LIUK test pass letter)

I got points for Education Qualifications in previous T1G extension, so I am not submitting any proof again.

assuming employer letter includes leaves that you have taken during the past 5 years ?
