HSMP Visa for new born baby

I along with my wife having HSMP and we are here in UK from the last 3 years. Baby has been endorsed on her mother's passport.

I need to know the details of applying visa for my newly born.

just fill FLR form for the baby as a dependant and include the original long birth certificate to link her with u and the mother. also include the mother's passport and yours if you are the HSMP holder
