Hi,

Firstly, New Year Greetings to all.

I need some advice from friends who have successfully converted Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General. I'm looking for a good umbrella company who I can trust to sponsor my visa and how much (15-20%?) do I need to pay after starting the new job? I have not got any job offer yet as the process is still on.

Also, please let me know if I'm supposed to pay anything to the company before getting my visa done?

My current visa is valid until 10/04. Hoping to get everything sorted by then.

Yes.

And yes, they do exist and will say they can sponsor your visa. This is a scam/ used to be a loophole that has now been closed. The HO is trying to crack down on these companies. You should not pay your employer to work!

If you still need an umbrella company just do a quick search and you will find.
