COS Status after getting ILR

Hi All

I got my settlement VISA in sep 2014 and I am planning to apply for my dependents(who are on Tier 2 ICT dependent now) settlement VISA as they are eligible now.
Does anyone knows, after getting Settlement VISA what happens to Tier 2 COS.As i know Tier 2 ICT VISA will be cancelled but not sure about COS.

I am trying to check with my company but even they are not sure. Even i asked my company did they cancelled my COS, i am still waiting for response on that.
