ILR eligibility for Dependent

Hi All,

I have been searching for the forum for the answer but no luck.

Main Applicant (me) :

Tier-1(General) Entry Clearance - Valid from 24-09-2010 --- Valid To 24-09-2012 (date of first entry in UK 02-10-2010)
Tier-1 Extension Date of Issue 29-08-2012 --- Valid To 24-09-2015

Dependent Applicant (my wife):

Tier-1(General) Dependent Entry Clearance - Valid from 24-09-2010 --- Valid To 24-09-2012 (date of first entry in UK 04-12-2010)
Tier-1 Dependent Extension Date of Issue 29-08-2012 --- Valid To 24-09-2015
Out of Country on Maternity 25-05-2013 to 12-04-2014

Dependent Applicant (Child) : baby born in India on 16-10-2013
Tier-1 dependent Entry Clearance : Valid from 01-02-2014 --- Valid To 24-09-2015 (first entry into UK on 12-04-2014)


Whether dependents can apply for ILR at the same time as Main Applicant? whether my wife need to complete 2 years from 12-04-2014 (date when she entered back after Maternity)?

I believe your wife can apply along with you. One of my friend done similar way. Do you have any cohabitation proofs ?
