Earliest Application Date for ILR

My Tier-1 visa was approved from 15-April-2010 and I initially landed on 28-APR-2010.

When is the earliest I can lodge an application for ILR? Thanks.

28 days before 15th april 2015.

Thanks Argus7.

So the 28 days in question will be from the visa start date and not from the day I initially landed in the UK. Also, even though I initially landed on 28-APR-2010, I left the UK on 07-MAY-2010 and came back to the UK again on 05-JUN-2010. Hope this is fine.

Also, I was not employed in my first year during my stay, I believe this should not be a problem with my Tier-1 ILR application. Could you please confirm this is correct? Thanks
