contract end date not mentioned

contract end date not mentioned

Hi i was refused this august and one of the refusal point was the contract end date was not mentioned it has only starting date but home office forgot to see tht we also mentioned this contract will lasts for 12 months from the starting date

can somebody please help how to cover this point in our appeal in court

@ali31 contract with the clients we mentioned the started date with our clients but not the ending date but we mentioned contract with the client will last for 12 months from the starting date

Have you had some line or wording written like '' in ongoing basis, type of engagement as ad hoc basis and can be terminated giving a month prior notice by either party'', then you can justify saying there is no end date specifically as we agreed like this.....
