I don’t know where to start but, I receive my IRL in 3rd of Sep 2013, and I have plan to apply for British Citizen on Feb 2015, on 05 Sep 2014 someone broke in to my house and took my all accessories, e.g TV, tablet, Company laptop, personal laptop and in one laptop bag I kept my all documents e.g
Passport, IRL, education documents from abroad, IELTS, Life in the UK certificate infect all documents,
I apply for my passport and now Bio matric Card application is in process hopefully I will get end of this month, now I want to apply for British Citizenship?
Q1, Please advices me can I apply?

When I submitted my IRL application that time I submit my Original IELTS certificate and Life in the UK test script, and I believe on HOMEOFFICE database they have all my information.
Secondly I apply Home Office “What Kind of information they have about me which is under process” 40days
…………….
Q2 If I apply with Photo Copies how many chances I have to get my application success?
I will submit fallowing documents
a) Cover Letter to explain Case worker, why I am using photo copies.
b) Police Letter with explain what documents I lost in Bulgary
c) New Passport, and Biometric replacement Card.
d) Bank Statements and Pay slips.
e) Copy of IELTS.
f) British Wife Passport and British Son Passport.
g) Proof of Address etc.
h) My Company letter to conform working and paying tax etc.
i) A Letter form Home Office what info they already have about me.

Q.2 I don’t have a Life in the UK proof except the date conformation that I book test.

Please guide me will be helpful..

IELTS should be able to reissue a certificate to you,did you ask?

LIUK should be in their system, you should be able to reference exact particulars of your test, and the fact that you have submitted it for ILR. if not too much trouble,you can probably just go take another one for 40 quid to get this off your mind, if you are worried? this isnt your biggest problem. you can use your UK driving license for the test.

It is generally possible to get everything together, of course -- you should not be penalised because you were burglarised

but it is sensible to make as much effort as possible to obtain copies or replacements

Much appreciated for clarification.
If I use phtotCopy of IELTS Certificate with I use IRL submission time. Is that acceptable?
And please tell me what documents I need to submit
