I L R and road criminal conviction

Hi folks ,

I'm due to submit my ilr on spouse visa in the next few days however I have a criminal conviction (April 2013 driving with an expired motor insurance got a fixed penalty and 6 points on my licence.

What are my chances and is there any advices and successful experiences ?


if I had to apply for an extention which form should I use a bit confusing for me on ukba website

Hello mate
did you get the fine through court or you just sent your licence for the points to DVLA

Hi mate thanks for interest . My conviction was driving without insurance it was £200 fixed penalty and I had to send my driving licence paper to the DVLA to be endorsed and it was 6 points

To the first poster, I think you will be alright to apply for ILR

Hi Ymark100 did you eventually submitted application for your ILR and whats the out come if you did. Thanks a responce will be very helpfully as i have exact situation as you and i am due for my Ilr in few days.
