Tier-01 Extension inquiry for dependents

Hi All,

As we know that Tier-01 extensions has been closed from April-15. Now my case is below:


I have got 2 extension already in Dec-14 but i didn't get 2nd extension for my dependents. We need 2 extensions as i entered UK in 100 days.

My ILR is due on May-16.
My dependents extension is up till Jan-16.

Is Tier-01 extension rule applicable to dependents as well or should i get it before April-15?

They can continue to extend the dependent visas. The rule change in April is for main T1 applicants.
