tallojani wrote:arslan123, would it be possible for you to list the documents submitted especially number of payslips and the amount on each. It will help others a lot.
Here are my documents brother:
Payslips:
1) 639
2) £2005
3) 1400
4) 1300
5) 1320
6) 1700
Employer letter confirming gross salary of £19400 with over time of £1440
Contract
P60
Nikha Nama attested by union council and an English translation
Over 30 wedding photos
Skype calling records
25 holiday photo's when I went to see hubby
Flight ticket
TB certificate
City n guilds English certificate
Polio certificate
Housing inspection report
Dad's letter for living with out costs in his property
I thinks that's it brother .
Thanks, it is a miracle if you add your 6 payslips (639+2005+1400+1300+1320+1700) = 8364 divide by 6 and multiply by 12= 16728.00 your annual salary based on your payslips.
if you did have an over time pay of £1440 and you add it to annual salary (16728+1440= 18168.00) you clearly fall under the £18600 threshold, you are exceptional.
If we went by the example they gave in their guidelines then
your first 3 months (639+2005+1400= 4004 if this was taken as your lowest pay then 4004 divide 3 = 1348 monthly and 16176 yearly. Again fallen under the threshold even if you add the overtime.
if your last 3 months payslips were used in calculation (1300+1320+1700 = 4320 divide 3 = 1440 monthly and 17280 yearly. If you add the 1440 overtime to this then your annual salary comes to 17280+1440 = 18720 this is over the threshold.
You are exceptional and you the know the reason why.
Allah swt is the only one who can give our visas x

I'm sorry to hear about your wife's visa being rejected today. Can I ask when did you send your application?

I sent mine on October 24th but I still haven't received a response yet.

I myself wrote a no objection letter on behalf of our landlord, got him signed it and obtained his passport copy. No harm in getting the solicitor to do it, guess it would look professional.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all

Just because you and couple of other people did doesn't mean everyone else will so you're the one giving out false information.
