Surinder Singh route, EEA family permit

HI guys,

Can you plz let us know which supporting documents you submitted with EEA famliy permit application to show that you moved your "centre of life" to another EEA state in order to qualify for EEA FP using surinder singh route.

If anyone if is in Italy or applied from Italy then contribution is really valued.

Hi I had heard that there is new law you can travel to uk with ur spouse without EEA family permit all you need is keep every documents with you like profe of exercising treaty rights and marriage certificate and then u can get A1 stamp from immigration officer at the airport. Or other ways is this you can travel to ireland with your partner and they will give you entry stamp and then you can come to uk via belfast
