Dependants of 10 years long residecne

Need Help,
I 've got my ILR in June 2013 on the basis of 10 years long residence.
My dependants my wife & son they are living with me for the last 8 years
(7 years dependants as tier 4 + 1year as PSW dependants).
their visa will be expires on June 2014, which they were issued on Sep 2012.

My query is Can they apply direct for ILR, or they need to go through the process of dependants eg FLR M?

Once you are settled they should be able to settle using form set(m) though made need to switch to flr(m) first, a peo appointment is advisable. Was your child born in the UK?

I get ILR (10 years long residencey) my dependant wife joined me in August 2009 as student dependant , she already spent 5 years as pbs dependant , now she received flr m as dependant of settled person.
My question
Can she apply for set (m) now or she has to spend another 5 years as dependant ??

If she applied for FLR(M) prior to 6th April, 2014, then SET(M) now. Else, spend another 5 years under FLR(M).
