Rejection, Review and Appeal Process (Pakistan)

Hi,

I believe my wife's (who lives Pakistan) application was refused unjustly therefore i'm going to take it to the review and appeal process. Can anyone explain how this work from Pakistan. Are the review and Appeal two different things...and how long does it take to usually get an answer on your review/appeal?

how do i go about with these. Can you please point me in the right direction please.
