Hi Gurus,

Is it possible to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General through the same employer with different SOC code?

My Entry clearance : Jan 2011
Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff Long Term

Switching NOT possible with the same employer. If you want that way only, then have to wait for 12 months cooling-off period after your return to your home country and then apply for T2G with the same employer.

can i switch to Tier 2 general from Tier 2 ICT (Jan 2011) to different employer?

Will be elgibile for ILR after 5 years after i switch to Tier 2 General?

Yes .. that option is possible and will become eligible for ILR with 5 years in T2G visa.
