Correct VISA form for Dependent

Hi All,

I am going to apply for ILR under the Tier 1 General route in March 2015. My wife is on Tier 1 Dependent visa since April 2013 so she WON'T be able to apply for ILR and would have to apply for extension.

My question which form i need to fill for myself and my wife:
is it SET(O) for me ?
Tier 1 General Extension or FLR(M) for my wife.

Please note we both applying for visa on SAME DATE
