Accountant evidence of regulation - ILR SET(O)

SET(O) application version 10/14 page 36 states
Accountants providing evidence must be appropriately regulated, and evidence of the regulation must be provided.
By "evidence", home office mean which of the following A or B ?

A) Certificate of membership (Does is it has to be original or do they accept photocopy ?)
B) Just the membership number included underneath the signature accountant letter
