OCI approved but cannot send passport for stamping

Dear Experts

My OCI is approved on 2nd January and documents arrived in HCI London, but I cannot send my British passport due to my travel commitments at work. I am ok to send my passport after Feb 10th .

Is there any time limit to get visa stamped?
Please share your thoughts

should be fine, your documents will be retained a reasonable period.
