I want to apply for my wife's dependent visa extension (entered as PBS dependent), I am on ILR now
1) Do I need to fill-in FLR(M) form
2) Does she need to satisfy English language requirement

We have a child, how can I show that child isn't dependent on applicant?
Also my wife is not self-employed, get her income in the form of salary + dividend. Does she still need to show my business bank statements, audit reports etc. or her payslips, dividend vouchers, personal bank statement will suffice
