Final check before PEO appointment

I am going for ILR very shortly and would be grateful if you could run through this and do a final check for me and highlight if anything is missing:

Tier 1G date: 29/10/2009
Entry date: 17/02/2010 (outside the 90 day grace period)
Tier 1 extension: 25/01/2013
BRP expiry: 25/01/2015

PEO date: 21/01/2015 (can you confirm that I am eligible to apply on this date)

Documents:
Set (O) form
Passports,
BRPs

1. Section 4 Evidence
LIUK Pass Letter (Self and Wife)
Original USA Diploma (Self)
PBS printout showing 10 points for English
Original UK Diploma (Wife)
PBS printout showing 10 points for English

2. Section 6: Evidence
Personal letter stating all absences (97 in total for the five years)
Annual leave letters for 4 of the five absences. I was switching jobs for the last one.

Section 8:
Photographs 2 each of self and dependent

Section 9 evidence
Payslips on employer letterhead and signed by director
Bank statements showing the payments
Letter from employer confirming the earnings and saying that payslips are authentic. (Should I submit this or should the payslips be fine?)

Cohabitation documents
Year 1:
Jan-13: Home Office letter sent to both approving BRP.
Apr-13: Joint Bank statement
Aug-13: Joint Bank statement
Nov-13: Letter from house agent confirming our offer on house has been accepted (in both names)

Year 2:
Jan-14: Bank statement
Apr-14: Council tax bill
May-14: Electoral register letters
Jul-14: Electricity bill
Oct-14: Bank statement
Dec-14: Insurance bill for British Gas

Once you booked an appointment you need to have payment confirmation pdf and appointment confirmation email as well.

Many thanks, I am taking all education certificates, all five year bank statements, all P60s and every single document ever over the last five years. Its four massive folders filled up.
