Restricted COS decisions for January 2015

My company has applied for restricted COS for me, it should have been decided yesterday but no reply yet. Did anyone get their result already?

I am in the same boat. My company has applied for the Restricted COS on 5.1.15 and still waiting. My company has applied COS for T4 dep. switch to T2. What about you?

Approved yet,better ask your employer to check the mail from UKVI who may required some documents to verify like sponsored employees current status and all shows in sponsor guidance as set out in paragraph 29.17.ATB

Hi again,

My visa is also Tier 2 General. Some has got his COS already and some are still waiting, if application is valid, should we have got it on 12th of January or they allocate it through the month?
I am not sure if my employer has been requested for some documents. Then in this case, does it mean my Res. COS is gonna be allocated within January or on the 11th February?
I am freaking out as my employer doesn't know more than I do. Can you please enlighten me on this?

All, thats so strange as my employer got my restricted cos in 20 minutes, why you guys still waiting ?

Are you serious?did you not wait until allocation date (11 or 12th of everymonth).I hope you are talking about unrestricted COS,aren't you??

If you are sure about restricted COS,whats your score for restricted COS based on the criteria set out in table 2?
(As per Sponsor guidance ,sub class 19.12)??

Yes I am talking about restricted COS and my score is 37.
Let me explain everything clearly.
After completing RLMT, my employer applied for restricted COS on 05.01.2015
UKVI has requested some supporting documents from my employer to check the application.
Result should have been announced on 12.01.2015 after the allocation meeting.
But we couldn't get any positive or negative result yet. (I guess, On the SMS screen it is shown as PENDING)
In this case, when is the earliest date to get a response from them?

UKVI asked for more information from my employer on Monday. Can you please advise on when the decision would be made?

Hii Ower,
You should send the documents in 10days via post or mail from the date your employer receive the mail from UKVI case team.Your decision for restricted COS will be under review until they grant resCOS.
since your decision wasn't made on 12th of this month,your resCOS will allocate for the following month.
Can you please share What are the documents they are expecting to verify and duration of your ResCOS.

Restricted COS is only being allocated on every 11th of the month.In your case ,as you are in student category unrestricted COS can easily be assigned at any time if your employer have a COS unassigned.

I don't know much about the documents UKVI has asked for, but my employer has already submitted the documents.

I have another question which is; Start date of the employment is an earlier date on the res.COS application, as we didn't expect any delay assuming everything was straightforward. Would it be a problem on the review of the application by UKVI?

As far as i observed from this forum early date would not be a matter.If you feel bad about it then you can still amend the date in SMS.
