Is this my tax office address???

Hi guys,

I've had a look at my P60 document and could not find any tax office address on it.

This is my PAYE coding notice, I take it this is the address that I'll need to write under question:

3.5 Address of tax office or tax office reference

Please see the attached image.

since it's says 'OR' would writing my Tax Reference alone suffice?

No it should be your company's tax ref number - not yours. Reference only will suffice.

It should be on your P60. Take a closer look - it looks something like this: 961/XA00265

Hello, thanks. Yes I have the Tax Reference that looks like this. Do I still need to provide the tax office's address? And if so, is it the address that I have provided above?

Tax office address is the address company is registered to. It should also be on your P60

Tax office address is the address company is registered to. It should also be on your P60

I've had a look at my P60 that looks similar to the one below. I can't find the Tax office address here. Please advise.
