Hi,

My Visa (Tier 1 General) started on Aug 20 2010 , I entered UK on Sept 11 2010. (i.e, within 25 days) , I got my visa extended for 3 years till Aug 20 2015 in 2012. Now am i eligible for ILR (after passing life in uk test) in Aug 20 2015 or do i need to get my visa extended once ( as i entered the country 25 days after start of my visa (Tier 1 General)

I am not updated with latest rules. few say i dont, few are confusing me that i need 1 extension.

Can experienced people say what is correct ?

You can apply ILR directly 28 days before to 20 AUG 2015. You don't need another Tier 1 G extension.
