PIO is no longer available, all prospective PIO applicant should apply for OCI.

This is ridiculous! The notice was circulated on the 9th but was put up by the Consulate only on the 19! I have 3 applications in limbo, and I haven't got any acknowledgement, no notice, no nothing.
