ILR QUALIFYING PERIOD CONFUSION

switched from psw to tier-2 general

cos start date for tier-2 general - 22 feb 2010

biometric permit start date of tier-2 - 17th march 2010

extension applied on 10 feb 2013

extended until 8th march 2015

when do i qualify for ILR. on 23rd jan 2015 or 20th feb 2015. Can any one please guide me on this very much appreciated.

Hi,

You should be able to apply for your ILR 28 days before the expiry date of your current visa which would be around 9th or 10th Feb 2015.
