Congratulations Vikas!

I am sure this would be a good reference point for married folks who don't want to apply for family initially.

Vimg07,
Where did you apply from?

Thanks,
Aman

Hi
I will be applying for EC shortly. Do I need to give the same payslips I gave for HSMP or do I just give the last 6 months?

Thanks in advance.

You need to give all documents which you sent with your initial application. So, the answer is yes, you need to give all your payslips.

Additionally, you need to give 2 latest payslips for Integra verification. 1 Xerox copy is also needed for these 2 payslips.

Thanks Vikas. I had applied in March. So do I need to give the payslips from March to August too?

Also where did you apply from?

it's not required to give payslips from March to August. Only July and August payslips will do. They need these latest payslips to verify your latest employment.

But there is no harm in giving March to June payslips also.

Hi saratbabu07,
If I am not wrong what is required for integra in this respect is your degree certificate and your final year marklist...

Finally I also got my EC stamped!.
The forum has been awesome! Thanks.

I guess I have broken record for longest wait from Ind!
My timelines:
Applied for wife and self. on 13th August
no Integra
received on 11th September.

It was a long wait of 18 working days +1.
13th(the day you submit is not counted and my period had 2 holidays for vfs)

Thanks,
Aman

Funds Query:

can we use securities/stocks(in DMAT account) as proof of funds instead of cash deposit in bank?

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this small query of mine. When I applied for HSMP I was under 27 years of age for which I claimed 20 points. Now, I am above 27 so I am just wondering how much points can I claim now in HSMP pro-forma form while applying for EC.

Any early response will be deeply appreciated.

Thanks

Even my case was like that(crossed one age band to move to other). I mentioned in the cover letter and claimed original pts(valid at the time of HSMP Approval).

My understanding is that its age at time of HSMP approval(Stage 1) which shd be taken into account.Just mention this in the cover letter.

Hi Senior,

I have received my Approval letter last month and planning to apply for EC next month.

Having read your post, I am considering the idea of submitting my papers in Kolkata. Can you please tell me what docs have u submitted and what is the scope of EC approvals in Kolkata.

I desperately need some valuable suggestions from seniors like you. Kindly mail me your email Id to ajithmkumar@hotmail.com

Thank you very much.

Regards
Kumarmaj
