Those who have received the approval - do you get individual approval letter for each applicant or a single letter for the everyone. Also, if it is single letter for everyone who applied together do you get details of all applicants in the letter? The reason why I am asking is on the acknowledgement letter I noticed it was addressed to one applicant only.
Can someone please clarify.

For the below application I made for my wife now Home office has come back asking for the evidence of Acceptable english qualification even though I have provided the PBS print to show she has score point for the degree, when we have called home office helpline advisor has advised we need to include the orginal degree certificate (Which we have provided to home office in the earlier application) so Now I will send the orginal degree, Pbs points score and a covering letter to explain that pbs is maintained by UK Naric Ect.
Hopefully by ene of the month we should get the decision from home office

I need some advise here if anybody can help me please. My application has been refused on the basis that I had a traffic conviction in january 2014. So the story is I had got a court order for exceeding speed limit in june 2013. The police said they sent me a fixed penalty notice and fine which I honestly did not receive. So the first letter I received was the court letter. I spoke to them about it in December 2013 and was advised that it had already been to court so best option is accept the charge and pay the penalty fee which i did. I have got police confirmation of my phone calls. I have done numerous voluntary work and the job i do is in a position of trust (Doctor). I want to apply for reconsideration with evidence of police email confirming my contacts with them before court and I have also requested for original court documents which I stated clearly that i did not have the option of taking the fixed penalty points before the case was taken to court. So is there anything you guys would advise please. I believe this is really unfair as I have contributed immensely in my local community but I failed to add the documents to the original application because I never this speeding thing was an issue. Thanks

My advice is to seek legal advice. If court passes a non custodial sentence, its a ban for 3 years. You can ask for discretion but there has to be compelling reasons for that.

UPDATE: I had lost my BRP in October and made an application for a replacement BRP to be issued. When I rang for an update on my application, I was told by the customer service agent that the replacement BRP application was on hold as I had a second being considered by HO (for nationality). I had plans to travel in February and unhappy that I was without documents to travel ie.e no BRP or British passport , I wrote a complain to HO asking either one to be processed ASAP- I sent a copy to the BRP replacement team and a copy to the nationality team. On the 10/01/2015 (which was a Saturday, I had a call from HO to confirm expiry of my first entry clearance which I gave over phone _ think this was from the BRP team). On the 12/01/2015, I received by BRP.
I had a second phone call on the 19/01/15 by the nationality case worker to confirm that he had received my letter and had approved by application on the 16/01/2015. He asked me to look out for documents in the post shortly. I haven't received them yet though.
Thought I should let you guys know, if you are in a situation where you can demonstrate urgency , HO is very good at dealing with the case appropriately.
