Congratulations.

Can you post your experience at Liverpool. I am due to apply for my spouse at Liverpool this summer and would like your overall experience. Info such as time of appointment, were you parked, layout of Liverpool PEO, staff friendliness, overall decision time etc..

Thanks.

Congrats to you. I will be applying next week. Does it matter if I complete the form on the internet before printing or must I complete the form using a pen?

Hi,
I live very close to Liverpool so I didn't drive, so not sure about the car park. But I am sure there will be some parking spaces. The staff is really friendly and nice I went for my T1 extension to same PEO as well. Both time I find the staff really friendly and nice.
My appointment was at 9:30 but I got there 8:20 and they let me in , I was the first one and they started my case straightway. The case worker spent aprox 1 hr on my case. If you going with kids etc make sure you take some stuff like crisps/food as there is no wending machine or cafe.

Thanks

Not sure about this , but I would recommend to go for safe option and fill the form yourself rather than using computer.

Thanks

Congrats...Can you please tell me what have you provided for below question:

Question 7) Section 11L Tier 1 (General) migrant the second question states:
“For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.”

Did you tick the box and provided any documents?

Hi,
if you are applying on 5 tear T1 only then this section is not for you. This section is only for those candidates where last 5 years is combination of T1 + wp , or other category like T2 etc. But if you are only on T1 then leave this section you dont have to provide anything.

Thanks

Many congratulations and thank you for your response. I am on Tier 1 General from last 5 years so I was wondering that I need to provide my old documents which I submitted during my first grant in 2010.

Also did you submitted any P60's?

No P-60 not mandatory , but good to have. If you dont have P-60 then you can call revenue dept they will send you your employemnt history.

Thanks for all the information.

I have my ILR Appointment this week.

I switched from Post Study Work To Tier 1 General in 2010.

I am currently employed in a full time job.

I have left Section 11L blank. This is ok?

I have also typed a letter detailing my absence from the UK since I entered the country. It is about 28 days (less than the maximum 180 days). I can't lay hold of the air tickets for the trips.

However, my passport has the dates of entry and exit on them (One date seems to be missing on the passport though. But apart from that, everything is ok). Please, is this ok ? Please, are there other details that need to be in the letter?

Many Thanks.

Yes thats perfectly fine, I was on PSW as well and I left this section blank.

You will be fine , better to get a letter from you employer for absence.

Many Thanks.
