Yes U do. U will get it from your employer ealry April each year.

thanks, then i have a few more questions:)
1) is it the paper called P60?

2)if so it will only show earnings for the tax year, not exactly the 12 months that i need to show earnings for. what to be done about this?

3) i dont remember if i received p60 this year, is it something that can be asked again

I suggest you read the Hsmp application guidelines. It details what exactly needs to be done.

It seems like u need to suspport your P60 with your original pay slips and bank statements for the 12 months period you are claiming for.
