Help needed please(Regarding Extension)

hi all,
i got couple of question regarding extension on t1 Entrepreneur. would be greatfull if members wants to share their knowledge.
Q1: is Security company is NVQ level 4 and above.
Q2: Being a director of security company can i get salary.
Q3: Would it be a problem if i am director of the same company where i use to be employee in the past as i got my t1 ent visa based on different company

3rd: you can't get extension on below level 4 job if you are on 50k route.

Directors may take out a salary..especially if the business is making profit.
