RLMT VALIDITY

Hi

My employer did RLMT in September, 2014. Then they hired some non-EU candidates. Now I am sponsored by my employer. They advertised on Job centre plus website (jobsearch.gov) in September, 2014. The advertisement is not available now (Message:This job has been removed from the site and is no longer available for viewing). My question is do they have to advertise now? Or can they issue CoS without advertising as RLMT is valid for 6 months. Please clarify

If you are employeed under tier 2 visa by your employer wht are you asking thiscquestion?

I am employed on Tier-2 ICT dependent at the moment. I am getting sponsored for Tier-2 General. Hence I am asking about RLMT validity. Please clarify.
