well yes its my divorce so I am sure ! I was surprised too when my lawyer told me that here in Scotland divorce procedure is simple and quick when there are no children under 16 and no financial matters involve. Usually divorce based on separation require 2-5 years of separation then how comes scottish law is more quick and soft then england marriage law?
