UK Tier 2 Visa

Good afternoon!
Anyone there to help me, please
I am now A student but because of different reasons I left my college and waiting for 60 days letter,
and I am planning to switch to Tier2 that I have already completed MBA from reputed university of UK,
now I am so confuse to apply because of new tier2 rules from November 2014 that if I have left my sponsor, is it possible to apply for Tier2 visa? does it affect my application? or not ? my visa will expire on April 2016.
Am I eligible to apply for Tier2 visa according to the new rules? or not
please help me. I am really in trouble.

Could you clearify me that it is said that to go for tier2G ,I must being undertake course with recent sponsor.
Does it affect to my application of tier2 or no? I am confuse on your first line of saying.what does mean, this can go down as a change in your circumstances?

This can go down as a change in your circumstances. You don't really need to wait for the curtailment letter to request for further leave in a diferent category.

If you've got a genuine job offer that meets the requirements from a Tier 2 sponsor, you can apply for your T2G visa.
