Very Urgent FLR FP OR FLR O (2 PAYSLIPS SHORT FOR FLR M)

Dear members

I hope some senior will guide me in this situation very urgent plz

I was student married with British citizen and my college License was revoked so on the end of 60 days period my wife has got only 4 slips as i understand we need 6 slips and bank statements to meet the FLR M requirement.

can you plz guide which application form should used to passed 2 months time then i vary application with FLR M after getting 6 payslips.

just want to know FLR O form there is one category last option Other purposes or reasons not covered by other application forms
can i used that one as some told me that you cant get two months time if you apply on FLR FP as they refused straightaway within 2 weeks.

plz help me out whats the best option to do

You do not fall for flr o if you apply basis on your british partner. It is either flr m or flr fp. you do not meet requirement for flr m so the last option is flr fp but without child, the insurmountable obstacle test is very tough. All depends on your background and your home country situation plus the degree of your and your partner's tie to the uk.

Surely it cannot be you, unless you are posting on behalf of another person.

i am writing this for my brother
the back ground is that my brother was student married with british citizen 4 months back she has started 20,000 job 4 months before two month before my bro college closed and home office curtail his visa given him 60 days which is gonna b finished next week he want to apply spouse visa on flr m but has 4 month payslip upto now but requirment is 6 slips
if he apply on 4 slips they will refuse and he cant wait for more 2 months as he will be overstayer if not apply now
i just want to know how to passed 2 months and what application should made
