Thank youuu

InshAllah I hope he has got the visa- and I actually didnt receive any other email.

The last email I received was when the documents were received in Islamabad and nothing after that

Saying that- the 1st time I applied I also didnt get any other email besides the 1 email to say visa had been processed

@rudey786 Thank you its such a big relief- I was honestly going to give up if there was a second refusal- but Alhumdulillah just awaiting the phone call now

Am I the first person November applicant so far?

Salaam saba tanveer,

the best guide I found to documents was on this link:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/immigr ... 06101.html

I am still waiting on my result though..please wish the best for me and my wife.

Also in response to the post asking whether the sponsor or the applicant receives emails..it is the applicant.

My wife forwards me e-mails she receives and we discuss them.

I have got this reply after esclation

We understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any
inconveniences. We have received a response from the decision making
centre, following your request for information on the current status of
your visa application. They stated that "Initial checks and pre assessment
is completed. Further assessment/checks are being carried out by the Entry
Clearance Officer."

NOT TOO LONG I GUESS :)

Mashallah thats great news as you have received the email that says concluded and reference number as everyone that has had these emails have been got their passports stamped with the visa. Im also happy that bhc islmd are now processing applications quicker and you got it in under 3 months amazing. also pray for us that our appeal gets overturned before going to court.

Hi guys, I received email today after asking for status of application, I got a response saying application has been processed and a decision has been made.

However it will take some time for documents to arrive to visa centre.

Applied: 27-10-2014
Escalated 23-12-14
No response.
Status update request: 26-01-2015
Application processed email: 26-01-2015

I need clarification on why I have not received 2 emails as some people have? Is it because it was a direct response to my status update which coincided with application just being processed?

Would appreciate a response from someone who has or knows of a similar experience.

Thanks

From Islamabad.

I hope the passport is stamped with visa insha'Allah, along with others who are waiting.
Amin.

However, I would like to know why I haven't received 2 emails like some other applicants?
The email I received was a direct response to my status update query.

Can anyone please clarify?

Salaam guys
a few quick questions

Does the sponsor need to submit a copy of his/ her birth certificate, and does the copy of passport need to be attested from a solicitor in the UK?
also on the supporting docs guide it says "Bank letter or balance certificate Showing the account balance, the account holder’s name and the date when
the account was opened"
Do I need to ask the bank for a letter to show when my ban account was opened?

Thanks

Wsalam, there is no rule says that you must, I didn't submit my birth certificate nor did I attested my passport copy. There is no harm sending them it will only strengthen your case. I did have a letter from the bank saying account is in my name with my address and the balance but again it did not say the date when the account was open.

Wsalam, its best if you go to their website to find out exactly what documents you need, don't just rely on this forum. Regarding your tenancy agreement it is up to the ECO to decide which documents to verify.
