Can contract job offer speed up the HSMP processing time ?

Post by raikal » Mon Apr 05, 2004 9:49 am

Hi,

currently I am on WP and in the process of submitting HSMP application.
I have one contract job offer which starts in 2 weeks time, and this is for 6 months.

If I send this contract along with the HSMP application can homeoffice approve before that ?

Please advise.

Regards

ford

I DONT think so.
I have faxed 2 offer letters and there is no change in the priority of my HSMP processing.

No No...I am talking about a contract offer...which is usually given by agencies not clients...and they usually starts in 2 weeks notice unlike permanent job offers.

Please can some one advise.

If anything should expedite HSMP approval, it should be a pending job offer. Enclose the contract offer letter with your application and be sure to clearly ask for expedited approval in your cover letter. If your other documentation is first rate, you could get quick approval. Nothing is guaranteed of course.
