So happy to see all these good news InshaAllah

Can I get help with a question which I am sure has been asked many times

IF I am applying as self employed and 2 of my statements fall below £1550, but overall the whole years financial requirement are met; because the 12 months add up to £18600 or even more, would that still be refused ??

sugarplum, hope786, and rudey, u guys are all also november applicants, please keep us posted with any updates..

last time i queried it was 2 weeks ago, and i was told the same as i was told 2 weeks before that :
In regards to your escalation, we have received a response from the
authority. Please see details below:
"This case is under process for further enquiries"

seems like since 2nd January they are still doing their 'enquiries' on our case
I am tempted to email again, haha! this friday will be my 10 weeks.. seems like majority of people are hearing within 12 weeks..
saying that though, ive seen elsewhere someone who applied in november from Islamabad was sent an email saying that the process has been delayed whilst they conduct further checks. is this usually the case when they have doubts on the documents provided? cuz so far it seems like they are sticking to their 12 weeks processing times..
anyway best of luck to all, inshallah may everyones dua's be fulfilled and we all be re-united soon

Hi guys,

4 years ago my husband applied for Spouse visa/settlement and it was refused on three diff grounds. We applealed and It was overturned on review. This forum was my Spam which helped me stay sane.. Everyone was really helpful.

Now we have applied for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain). We applied in March 2014, husband was interviewed and it is coming up to 11 months and still waiting. Is there anyone that can advise me what I can do? Each time we call up we just get a standard response saying the application is still processing.

I am the British Spouse and we also have a beautiful child together. Alhumdhulila :)

Salaam, I finally got a reply this morning 5:39am UK time :)

We understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any inconveniences. We have received a response from the decision making centre, following your request for information on the current status of your visa application. They stated that "Initial pre assessment and online
verification has been conducted. Application is in Entry Clearance Officer’s queue for further assessment and checks/enquiries"

I hope that is good, so does that mean that its gone through the 1st stage?

Is this the 2nd stage?

Once the further checks and enquiries have been carried out, what's the next stage ?
Also how long can that take?

Thank You

Our application got refused today. I am not in a good state since this morning.I can't concentrate at work. I don't blame the immigration dept as they did thier job right. My husband recieved only one email with GWF ref at 10.00 am pak time. I just knew that the visa has been rejected. Our application got refused because i sent all documents in early october but my husband didn't apply until november because his passport was sent for renewel. My bank statement and payslips were missing for the month of October as i recieve salary at the end of each month. If i had known this earlier, i would have provided my most updated bank statement and payslip. Now i am thinking of re-applying again. If someone had the same issue then please guide me.

All the best to all the November applicants. Please be positive and patient. Hopefully , you will defiently hear good news in next coming weeks

Salaam Sis- so sorry to read your message as I was in the exact same situation and it felt as though I was reading my own post. I was also refused for the same reason as I was out of the 28 days requirement by a few days and visa was rejected on that basis only

My advise would be to just apply again- provide a cover letter explaining why you were refused and why you failed to provide latest wage slip and that you are submitting them all now and inshAllah you should get your visa 2nd round

I did the same thing and husband picked up his passport today

Let me know if you need any more help x
