dont know - maybe send an email to gnib dept (they have the email on garda website and they answer within 3 days) and ask what documents needed..

the ONLY important thing is to do it NOW as new measurements are going to be taken soon for people like you who come on such visa and land on marriage. even if its 1000000% genuine, it would still be looked at as sham marriage, and new measures are being put again for 2015 to make it impossible for you..
I'm officially diagnosed with INIS "processing" phobia

There are two routes in which a non EEA national can apply for permission to reside in the State on the basis of marriage or civil partnership with an Irish national.

A). If you are a non visa required national who has entered the State legally within the last 90 days or if you are a visa required national and you are within the period of permission to remain granted to you on arrival in the State (except short stay ‘c’ visas):, or if you have current permission to remain in the State on an alternative basis both you and your Irish national spouse/civil partner should attend at your local Garda National Immigration Bureau Registration office with the following documentation:

Your original marriage/civil partnership certificate
Your original passport
Your Irish spouse’s/civil partner’s original passport
Evidence of your joint address

B). If you do not have current permission to remain in the State a written application must be made to the following address:

Spouse of Irish National Unit, Residence Division,
3rd Floor,
Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service,
13-14 Burgh Quay,
Dublin 2.

So, if you have a valid stamp 2 than go to your local immigration office with the list of documents mentioned on the below link:

If you have a valid stamp 2 than you need only the below:

Your original marriage/civil partnership certificate
Your original passport
Your Irish spouse’s/civil partner’s original passport
Evidence of your joint address

However try to get the maximum possible documents with you if you can get like your job letter, payslips, P60 and same for your spouse in case the immigration officer ask you for something and you don't have it there, it will be waste of time.

Also if u or ur spouse were married before you would also need ur divorce certificates.

R u living in Dublin area or outside Dublin ? If you have all the above docs than go to your local immigration office for change of status.

There is no separate Immigration office in the country except Dublin. So contact ur local Garda station. Every Garda station has one immigration officer. So call ur local Garda station for an appointment.

Good Luck
