Hi all,

I need to contact UKBA European team to check something but from what I know they do not answer emails with enquiries and their helpline (0845 010 5200) does not answer either.

Does anyone know their new phone number or how to contact them?

I have contacted the call centre today and will be providing an update on my main issue soon.

Usually to non-eu national the telephone operator who can be security too give reply that application can take 6 months. But I think to EU national they may give near to accurate reply. Try to ring them usually 09:30 when they have fresh brain and if telephone operator does not cooperate then try again later before or after lunch time.
