payslip problems

Post by theimmigrant » Sat Jan 31, 2015 12:51 pm

Hi guys

applying for ILR in march 2015. i have run into these two issues

showing payslips from jan 214 to june 2014

issues are

1 - april pay slip missing
2- date of birth incorrect in 3 payslips

what shall i do?\

i have contacted HR to give me details of April salary in company letter head.

Shall i get a table for salaries of 6 months from HR , instead of just april? will that do? or shall i just ignore date of birth issue?

Stay blessed

Hello Theimmigrant,

1- Please request to HR about duplicate April's Payslip and also request HR to attest on duplicate payslip.
2- Reference Letter from HR that you are a permanent employee and getting XXXX salary per anum.
3- A Letter from HR that by mistake they type your wrong date of birth and this is typo mistake,

All letter should be on Company Letter Head.

I hope it helps.

Hi,

Just do what madnan24 have mentioned. I also had my name spelled wrongly in my first pay slip, I basically got a letter from HR saying that the name was spelled wrongly in that particular payslip. I did this for Tier 1 General renewal, shouldn't be any different for ILR.

Cheers,
-Senthil
