FLR M PEO

Post by Sanam1983 » Tue Jan 27, 2015 2:05 pm

I will be grateful if anyone can advise....

My husband is applying for FLR M at PEO shortly he is switching from TIER 4 gen student.

The problem is he initially visited the UK on a tourist visa in 1999 where immigration advisor advised him he would have better chances to apply as married rather than single.

When he applied for Tier 4 it was granted as status separated.

When we have got married in the UK as he actually single we have told the registrar that and they have written that on the marriage certificate.

What will happen at the time of FLR M? Will they be specifically looking at what his status was when he got the Tier 4 ?

we are genuinely married and I am confident about our relationship

hi, i only submit 6 month payslip, my was FLR FP so did not matter much. But you must have to submit Payslips AND employer letter. And they may also check HRMC real time data too, If they feel they need more evidence about your employment and income.

Hi Kingin2015

Did you have letter headed payslips or the standard blue kind?
