Good Charactor

Post by Leis » Sat Jan 31, 2015 9:48 pm

Hi,

My adult son was living in Europe from his 7 years. Last year he reached 18 years and in a few months time he is planning to apply British citizenship.
As per our home country rules, he should have registered for compulsory army. But he refused to go. later he will become National Service defaulter. But still he did not receive any official letter or did not sue him in the court.
In this situation, does he need to declare anything in the form? or just do not mention in the form because he was not officially acquitted yet.
