Tier 2 dependents extension from India

Hi All,

I am applying for tier 2 general extension in the UK using premium service. But my dependents (spouse and kids) are now in India. My query is

1. Can my family apply for extension / entry clearance in India with my extension?
or
2. Can they travel to the UK with few days visa validity (say one week), will the immigration at airport will allow them in?

These are the two options i have now, kindly advice!

They cannot apply at the same time in India when you are applying from UK. They can apply from India once you get your visa extended within UK. They will need a copy of your BRP for their application.

As long as their current visa is valid, they can travel to UK. They should stop them at the immigration. However, they may be asked few questions related to late arrival.
