90 days concession period .. Filling SetO form. T1 Gen

hi Friends, needs some help here.

Tier1 General stamped on 23rd March2010 in India.
First entry UK on 22June2010.

I have decided to use 90 days concession period. When filling form SetO where am I supposed to use date 23rd March2010?

6.1- When did you first enter the UK? this refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.
Question- What date to use? Visa approval or date on UK entry.

7.11- How long have you lived in UK?
Question - What date should I count from? Visa approval date or UK entry date ?

7.11- How long have you lived in UK?

Answer :

UK Entry Date.

Also you should have proof that why did you out side for 90 days? Why did you come after 3 months?

One of my friend who applied ILR & got it using 90 days concession period recently, but he did not provide any proof.
He just mentioned in a covering letter about that and he entered in UK 88th day (This is my friend case)
There may be different experiences/cases from some body who used 90 days concession rule.

UKBA doesn't say that they need proof for 90 days concession. They say that if you have arrived UK within 90 days then you can consider this time for your application.

I am bit confused what dates to write in the form SetO. 6.1 and 7.11.. Appreciate Madnan24's comments but i am getting mixed information when i searched on internet.

6.1 => It should be your actual entry date in UK.
7.11 => Put your actual living years & months in UK (along with the concession period days will be calculated by case worker)

6.1 -> 22-jun-2010

7.11-> count your living period in UK since 22-jun-2010, then put years & months on the relevant boxes.

OK if use 22June2010 then where I am supposed to mention that i want to calculate continuous period in UK to be measured since 23rd March2010.. I see no where in the form where I can mention date 23rd March2010.

If i count UK living period since 22June then. I will fall short of 3 months of 5years (-28days).

The UKVI system has all the information about you and a case worker knows 90 days concession period rule as well.

In order to mention your 5 years continues period , are you going to fill wrong date of entry in UK & wrong number of years & month ?
I replied from mine, my friend and forum experiences during the ILR process.So, hereafter nothing more to discuss about that.
