I am looking to get some information about FLRO, I entered in UK on 10th Sep 2005 on a student visa and since than I am studying as a student and working part time, My visa is expiring on 28th March 2015. In order to get ILR i need to live 10 years in UK and my 10 years time will be by 14th Aug 2015.
So basically i need at lest 5 months more visa in order to be eligible for 10 year rule ILR. and i can spend 5 months more time in uk by applying FLRo application, it will buy me some time and make me eligible for 10 year rule.
So i need your help to apply for FLRO and get me 5 months more visa or time till 14 Aug 2015
at the moment i am on student visa studying MBA which finishes in March 2015.
Is there anyone or lawyer (East London) who can get me 5 months more visa or time till aug 2015 ?
i thought that you should manage 22400 just for safe side as home office know the presence of your baby they can automatically include your baby in FLR (M) application of your wife.smir wrote:Brother Saf84
Can you please throw some light on your case
As me too finish 10 yeAr and appeal pending in court
It's urgent please.saf84 wrote:I have applied for ILR on long residence and FLR(M) for my wife.. my case is in tribunal , i have 3 years old baby which i didn't include in application as when i made application in 2013 she didn't had her passport. And i thought once i get my ILR then i can directly apply BC for baby.
My question are
1)Do i need to show income before tax 18600 or 22400?
2) if My current year income is less then 18600 does it got any effect on my case? As when i submitted application i have submitted tax returns on 18600 which is the requirement .
3)is there any way i can get my ILR released from home office before decision on my wife case as UTT judge has removed objection on my case and send my wife case back to FTT to mention detail findings.
Plzz help...
Hi mate I don't think home office impose this rule I red some news from daily mail they going to scrap that plan so I am sure this rule not going to come in near future it's better option for you to make FLR(o) it's Normaly take 4-5 month time for processing but make sure if you don't have valid leave to remain you can't apply before 28 days you need to cross the 10 years then you can varry your application to SET(LR).wait for senior members advise as well .mzi103 wrote:d3thmark wrote:Hey everyone how are you all? thanks for all the information, you guys doing a great job..

as far as i know there is law coming that student can not switch to any visa from UK . they have to go back and apply again.
if the law comes in april then i m not sure it will effect to your ILR application as well. i suggest not to apply as a student if the above law is coming in april.
Thank you maddysheffield for such a relieving and informative comments.maddysheffield wrote:Hi guys.
If you have sent return envelop to HO ..you can check royal mail for any status change ....
If you have NOT sent HO will send it via 2nd class post it takes 2 to 4 working days ...
when you call HO you can ask them the tracking number if they sent it via post
Most of the times you will find a big difference in approval days ...don't get worried if u date is 5th and some one who applied on 25th gets approval ....its just that some officers Sit on applications for long time and some clear faster ....but rest assured expect approvals once u hit 12 weeks and all straight forward applications will be decided with in 16 weeks ( looking at number of applications in Oct Nov and Dec 2014...
Good luck
guys

I applied on 22th sep and somebody on tracker has marked me as approved, whereas as much I liked the sound of it, unfortunately i hvnt received my decision yet. I am under 'saeedrehman' on tracker.
Neither has my wife who applied on 29th Aug and HO received her application on 1st Sep 2014 but no decision or further communication yet.
Can somebody plz update the tracker for me as no decision yet.
Thanks.
As of this morning, her case is ''still under consideration''. She did not receive any letter from HO stating that it will take longer than 6 months. And no there is no complexity to her case that we are aware of... no CCJ or gaps.. nothing. only 1 rejection which was won in appeal well within time frame. Your wife should have her ILR by now and yours as well. did you guys contacted home office about the status of your applications ? what is home office reply on your applications / did your wife got any letter about the status of her application as her time is going to be 6 month by end of this month. is there any complexity in your application or any problem in visa application in the past.
Thanks
