naturalisation for Tier 1 Candidate

Hi Team,
In naturalization form date and place of birth of the parents is asked. If this information is not available due to some reason. what should be done.

On page 15 you can write the reason for not supplying this information.
I am sometimes wrong.

Write UNKNOWN and explain in additional information. This is quite common, nothing to worry about - just don't provide made up information.
