I am not sure if this is a simple question. ok, this is my first time here so please pardon me. I am currently on Tier 2 visa which is valid up till 2017. I have a baby recently and also expecting increase in salary and change of job title within the same company. I have read through change of circumstances form and I know that I do not need a change of employment application for a new visa since my new job title is still within the same occupation classification.
I know that my company will have to inform the UKBA of my new job title and salary, my question is that is it necessary for me to inform UKBA that I have an additional dependant (my baby)? if yes, how do I do that since it was stated in The change of circumstances form that it shouldn't be used for Child birth (in the UK) notification.
